Made of clear lime green vinyl and trimmed with black shiny fabric. It has a metal o-ring zipper down the front, and an adjustable belt. The Lip Service tag is double sided and can be seen through the back of the dress. It was acquired from the original owner who purchased it in her late 20s in the early 1990s. She displayed the dress in a local art show, and after that she hung it on her wall. The skirt from this Lip Service line was seen in the movie The 5th Element- see last image.
