Do you accept returns or refunds?

All items are final sale. We carefully inspect each item and include all noticeable flaws as well as measurements in each item description. Rarely, we accidentally overlook a minor flaw. Missed minor flaws such as a small stain, hole, etc are not grounds for a refund or exchange. 

Please note, all vintage shoes are sold as is and are in good wearable condition upon visual inspection.  However, glue or other materials in vintage shoes can degrade over time and may result in needing future repairs. The buyer is responsible for all repairs after purchase and returns for shoes that need repair can not be accepted.

Do you offer layaway?

We are happy to set up layaway for all items $150 or more, once the item has been in the shop for 24 hours. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the item's total cost including shipping is due immediately to secure the item. The remaining balance must be paid within 90 days of your initial payment. Payments are accepted as weekly installments. If the balance is not paid within the 90 day window, you forfeit all payments made toward the item and it will return to the shop. All layaway purchases are final sale, and discounts do not apply. Please feel free to reach out via our chat to set up your layaway plan!

What are your shipping policies?

Domestic orders ship free and are fully insured for the cost of the item. We ship once a week, every Monday. If you need an item sooner please reach out. We are not responsible for items once they are dropped off for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are looking for international shipping, please contact us for a quote via our chat. Please include the address you would like the item shipped too, as well as the item you are interested in purchasing. All international customers are responsible for paying customs and duty taxes for their package, no packages will be shipped as a gift.
