This sweater came from the collection of a woman who lived her entire life in the Appalachian mountains in a North Carolina town called Mills River. Made from "Kharafleece", which was Jantzen proprietary blend of lambswool, Vicara, and nylon yarn that was mothproofed by Mitin. So reminiscent of a candy corn!
