Nudie Cohn, an immigrant who escaped anti Jewish Czarist Russia, began putting rhinestone to cloth for chorus girls and strippers in 1934. By the 1950s he created his iconic "Nudie Suit", which was worn by country greats like Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, and Gram Parsons.
This chambray set was not created by Nudie, but was likely inspired by his designs. The set is made from a soft denim chambray with pockets encrusted in white and blue rhinestones, both the top and pants have huge pockets! The top has hidden buttons up the front and a tie which allows for cinching the waist. By Lucinda California
