Materials: I believe this is either silver plated or German silver - an alloy of copper and nickel. It has the weight of and cleans like sterling silver, but is harder and will not scratch as easily as sterling. Fits credit cards!
Condition: Normal wear and tarnishing to metal, I enjoy the look so I did not polish.
