1920s Meta Pluckebaum Cat Lithograph in Original Wood Frame "Brother and Sister"

Materials: Color lithograph in original frame. 

Condition: Some fading and yellowing to the original lithograph. Frame and glass have charming little dots of paint. I'm assuming this was still on the wall when someone was painting it?
